AGENDA City Council Meeting 6:30 PM - Tuesday, September 12, 2023 In order to best accommodate space in the Council Room members of the public desiring to speak during Public Forum are asked to please submit a request to the City Clerk by noon on the day of the City Council meeting, email requests can also be read aloud at the meeting. Questions or comments on agenda items may also be submitted to your elected officials directly by e-mail or phone before the meeting (contact information at www.derbyks.com) or to the City Clerk. For Public Hearings on specific agenda items, you do not have to sign up in advance to speak. If you prefer, you can send your comments to the City Clerk by noon on the day of the meeting, and those comments will be read aloud at the Hearing. This meeting is held in the City Council Room at City Hall, 611 N. Mulberry Rd.
