Dee Williams stated Stephanie Knebel has left the City of Derby and Ted Austin is her boss. RE: Rules of Conduct. Dee Williams explained about an altercation in the game room and she has resolved the situation following the Rules of Conduct provided by the Advisory Board. RE: Summer Fest 2014. Dee Williams expressed her gratitude for the Boards support in working at the Summer Fest event. RE: Senior Center Signage. Jim Burgess asked Dee Williams if there was any information regarding the Senior Center signage? Dee stated staff is studying the signage. Agenda Item #2 RE: Advisory Board Fund report for August 2014. Diane Schmitt reported expenses were $624.18, revenue $593.20 with an ending balance for June of $15,984.21. MOTION: Tom Davidson moved to receive and file the Advisory Board Fund report for August 2014. Jim Burgess seconded. VOTE: 4 yea, motion carried. 1 Agenda Item #3 RE: Approve August 2014 Advisory Board Meeting minutes. MOTION: Jim Burgess made a motion to approve the minutes from August 2014. Diane Schmitt seconded. VOTE: 4 yea, motion carried. Agenda Item #4 RE: Derby Dash Scholarship Fund Report. Dee Williams reviewed the Derby Dash Scholarship Fund report; $95 in scholarships were used in August with a balance $324.33. MOTION: Diane Schmitt moved to receive and file the August 2014 Derby Dash Scholarship Fund report. Tom Davidson seconded. VOTE: 4 yea, motion carried Agenda Item #5 RE: September TNT – Shepherd’s Pie. Tom Davidson reported the September TNT had 71 paying patrons with 9 volunteers. The net proceeds were $123.99. The menu for October is Mexican Taco Casserole (Not Spicy), Spanish rice, Salad & Dessert. Agenda Item #6 RE: Dine & Deal Casino Night. Dee Williams stated Tuesday September 30th at 6:00 pm is the Dine & Deal Casino Night. Dee encouraged the Board members to attend and invite other people to support the event. Agenda Item #7 RE: Ping Bot. Dee Williams stated WSU Driving Study Ping Bot was set up for the Board Members to try it out. Dee wanted to let the Board play against the Ping Bot.
