RE: MySeniorCenter Sign In.
Dee Williams requested Board members to promote the importance of patrons signing in. Board
members should also be signing in as volunteers. Discussion was held.
RE: Chicken Schedule.
Dee Williams requested Board members to review new chicken pickup schedules for the
Covered Dish Lunch.

RE: Advisory Board Fund report for November and December 2014.
Kim Hart reported November expenses were $307.97, revenue $725.50 with an ending balance
for November of $14,021.68. December expenses were $965.80, revenue $508.16 with an
ending balance for December of $13,564.04.
MOTION: Gerald Brownlee moved to receive and file the Advisory Board Fund report for
November and December 2014. Tom Davidson seconded.
VOTE: 4 yea, motion carried.

RE: Approve November 2014 Advisory Board Meeting minutes.
MOTION: Jim Burgess made a motion to approve the minutes from November 2014. Tom
Davidson seconded.
VOTE: 4 yea, motion carried.

RE: Derby Dash Scholarship Fund Report.
Dee Williams reviewed the Derby Dash Scholarship Fund report, $40 was used in November. In
December $150 was used and a $500 donation from the Derby Community Foundation was
received.
MOTION: Tom Davidson moved to receive and file the November and December 2014 Derby
Dash Scholarship Fund report. Gerald Brownlee seconded.
VOTE: 4 yea, motion carried

RE: TNT December – Pork Loin / Ham.
Tom Davidson stated Ham was served instead of the Pork Loin since the refrigerator went out.
A total of 85 people were served (including volunteers) with a profit of $205.78.
RE: TNT January– Chili.
Tom Davidson stated they served a total of 67 people (including volunteers) with a profit of
$135.14.

RE: Senior Center Refrigerator.
Dee Williams stated the new GE refrigerator a 25.2 cu foot with a drawer freezer is stuck in
coastal holding so it will not be shipped out until the end of January. Discussion was held.

RE: Upcoming DSC Advisory Board Vacancies.
Dee Williams stated Gerald Brownlee, Duane Day, Jack Hemphill and Tom Davidson are
upcoming vacancies for the DSC Advisory Board. Applications will be available for the DSC
Board next month. Discussion was held.
