ZONING OFFICER’S REPORT BIU report for February 2023 - There is ____Zoning Permit, one ____UCC and ____ code enforcement violations for the month of February 2023 by BIU. CODE ENFORCEMENT REPORT COMMITTEE REPORTS Public Works – Buildings and Grounds – Boiler maintenance is needed after inspection provided by Hartford Steam Boiler. Gregory and Martin has been contacted work was performed on the boiler 3/6/2023. Waiting for rough estimate regarding steam leak repair for upstairs hallway radiator. Work hoped to be scheduled for March 15th, 2023. Police - Finance/Budget –. Zoning/UCC/Code – Parks and Recreation – Fire Protection – Pool Committee – 1  Grants – A response should be received in April regarding the CDBG application for paving in Third Ward. Lori, Barb, and Ben will be having a meeting upcoming to discuss the details of the summary/budget/specifics of the grant application for the pool. ANNOUNCEMENTS Derry Borough Council went into executive session at the Derry Council Worksession held on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at 7:45pm for personnel/legal discussion. Executive session ended at 8:09pm. PLANNING COMMISSION Occupancy Permit Ordinance Review REPRESENTATIVES  DARCee meeting 4th Weds 7pm monthly  Derry Area Historical Society – Board Meeting are held at the Fulton House on the 3rd Monday monthly at 6:30pm. (derryareahistory)  Derry Railroad Days Committee meets the 3rd Tuesday monthly at 6:30pm at AV Germano Hall (Alternative meeting place is the Fulton House in New Derry) Always looking for new members from Derry Borough!
