Pursuant to Florida Statute 286.0105, anyone wishing to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing shall need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Any invocation that may be offered before the official start of the Council meeting shall be the voluntary offering of a private citizen/member of the clergy, to and for the benefit of the Council.
