Emergency Preparedness and Communication Board Meeting Minutes Monday, June 30, 2025 - 7:00 p.m. Present: Councilmember Larry Browne, Borough Fire Marshal Scott Fleischer, Joshua Brown, Mary Patricia Ford, Amy Kremser, Pamela LaLande, Beth Lander, and Philip Masters. Councilmembers Amy Popkin and Dennis Livrone also attended. Approval of June 12 Minutes. Minutes were approved as submitted. Updates and Announcements. Members discussed the implementation of new Google drive folders to gather and share information pertaining to the Committee. Larry reviewed policies and procedures involving other organizations in connection to this Committee. Mission Statement and Key Goals. A draft mission statement was shared and reviewed. The Board will take the time between now and the next meeting to add their own suggestions to it. Open Discussion. Committee members discussed ways of educating and involving the community as well as various notification options depending on the type of emergency. Meeting Schedule. The Committee put together a tentative monthly schedule for topics for the remainder of the year. The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, July 28. Adjourned: 7:40 PM
