Thursday, September 4, 2025 6:00 PM
Present: Committee Members Liz Wyckoff (Chairperson), Ben Bell, Connor O’Hanlon (via Zoom),
and Dennis Livrone. Also present were Sustainability Coordinator Grant Rowe and
Director of Planning and Zoning, Karyn Hyland.
The Minutes from August 7, 2025, were approved as submitted.
Karyn explained the EPA proposal to rescind the 2009 Endangerment Finding and repeal greenhouse
