MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL Marianne Simmons, Chair Gina Gillis Kambra Bolch Gouri Johannsen Danny Turner Sandy Pedrazas Jo Ann Touchstone, Secretary Thomas Brownson Marianne calls meeting to order at 10:15 a.m. All present except Gina Gillis, Thomas Brownson and Sandy Pedrazas. Also present Market Manager Carolyn Hodges. II. BUSINESS Discussion and Possible Action regarding: A. Guidelines for Sponsorship – Board reviews possible levels of sponsorship and examples from other markets. Gouri will prepare a draft for consideration at next meeting. B. Review of 2013 Applications – Reviewed application from Happy Hemp. Product fits with market and allowable exception to 150 mile radius and no other like product at market. Jo Ann motion to approve application. Kambra seconds. Motion passes, 4-0. Reviewed application from Friday Mountain Buffalo Show. Marianne motions to approve sale of spices and artwork and ristas not to exceed 20 percent of booth space (product related merchandise), with no direct market competition and space availability under current market conditions, which can be revisited should conditions change.
