MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL Marianne Simmons, Chair Gina Gillis Kambra Bolch Gouri Johannsen Sandy Pedrazas Aubrey Munguia Jo Ann Touchstone, Secretary Vacancy Meeting called to order at 10:00 a.m. All present except Sandy Pedrazas. Also present Market Manager Carolyn Hodges. II. PRESENTATIONS BY CITIZENS Floor open to discussion on any subject. No action may be taken by law. Citizens wishing to speak shall do so after being recognized by the Chair. The Chair may establish a time limit as necessary. No one speaks. III. MINUTES A. Approval of Regular Meeting Minutes, August 13, 2013 – Jo Ann motions to approve. Kambra seconds. Motion passes, 5-0. IV. BUSINESS Discussion and Possible Action regarding: A. Special Events for 2013 Season 1. Chef Demo with Sibby Barrett on November 6, 2013 – Discussed details, confirming time, sampling, supplies. B. Review of 2013 Vendor Applications – Applications approved from Tacqueria De Bravo to sell tamales and tacos and from Flour, Water, Yeast for baked goods, including gluten free items. C. Review of September & October Markets – Going well. Some busy, still seeing new faces. D. Amendments to 2013 Rules and Regulations – Accepted changes for next draft. Marianne exits meeting E. Nomination for Board Vacancy –Discussed asking vendors Aimee Mick and Raul Vega. V. REPORTS A. Report From Marianne Simmons on FARFA Conference VI. ANNOUNCEMENTS A.
