MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL Marianne Simmons, Chair Gina Gillis Kambra Bolch Gouri Johannsen Aubrey Munguia Vacancy Jo Ann Touchstone, Secretary Ralph Morren Marianne called meeting to order at 10:25 p.m. All present except Gina Gillis, Gouri Johannsen, and Ralph Morren. Also present market manager Carolyn Hodges. II. PRESENTATIONS BY CITIZENS Floor open to discussion on any subject. No action may be taken by law. Citizens wishing to speak shall do so after being recognized by the Chair. The Chair may establish a time limit as necessary. No one speaks. III. MINUTES A. Approval of Special Meeting Minutes, August 1, 2014 – Tabled. IV. BUSINESS Discussion and Possible Action regarding: A. Review of Vendor Applications – La Branza Farm – need more information: Cottage Food Law? Labels? Egg volume? B. Review of August Markets - Need to address sales before bell, send reminders to vendors, reissue checklist. Market is slow/hot. C. Proposed Fiscal Year 2015 Budget – Gina reviews and finalizes budget. D. Proposed Amendments to Market Rules & Regulations Including but not Limited to Clarification of Definitions and Regulations for Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Distribution – Will propose adding supplement to mission/principles about percentage of food booths and craft/other booths.
