City of Dripping Springs Founder’s Day Commission Monthly Meeting January 26, 2015 Attending: Brenda Medcalf, Stephanie Holtzendorf, Sharon Goss, Mike Monaghan, Ted Lehr, Trent Edwards, Chris Nuccio, AJ Bergeron Absent: Brad Thomas, Karl Seelbach, Steve Fournier, Evan Taddia, Paul Sanchez, I. Call to Order: 6:40 pm by Brenda Medcalf II. Presentation of Citizens None. III. Minutes: Minutes of the January 13, 2015 regular meeting were submitted. Mike made a motion to accept the minutes as submitted. Chris seconded. Minutes approved. IV. Standing Committee Reports A. Site Plan  No Report B. Food  No Report. C. Entertainment  No Report. D. Arts & Crafts  No Report. E. Business Booths  No Report. F. Parade  Parade App on website 1/27/15 G. Publicity  No Report. H. Sponsorship/Underwriting  $3250 received to date. 1 Founders Day Monthly Meeting 01/13/2015 I. Sanitation  No Report. J. Security  No Report. K. Traffic/Parking  No Report. L. Volunteers  No Report. IV. Business A. Coordinating Entrance and Exit Times for all Vendors.  Discussion held regarding how each section of vendors/cookers will leave on Sunday evening after Founders Day. Staggered entry times seem to be working.  Cookers are told not to leave before 6:00. Awards are over about that time.  Problem area is Wallace Street.  Each group will come to the next meeting with a traffic plan for exiting on Sunday. VI.
