Historic Preservation Commission Meeting Minutes A regular meeting of the City of Dripping Springs Historic Preservation Commission was held Monday, April 4, 2016, beginning at 6:30 PM in the City Hall, 511 Mercer Street, Dripping Springs, Texas. I. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL COMMISSION: Ted Lehr - Chair Kristi Graham John Holdridge Karl Seelbach - Vice Chair Charlie Haydon Kathryn Chandler Melissa Oehler STAFF: Michelle Fischer, City Administrator Kerri Craig, City Secretary Keenan Smith, Exterior Design, Architectural & Land Planning Consultant Commission Vice Chair Karl Seelbach calls the meeting to order at 6:30pm. All present except Commissioners Ted Lehr, Kristi Graham, and Charlie Haydon. II. PRESENTATION BY CITIZENS Floor open to discussion on any subject. No action may be taken by law. Citizens wishing to speak shall do so after being recognized by the Chair. The Chair may establish a time limit on each citizen wishing to speak. No one speaks. III. CONSENT ITEMS Discussion and possible action regarding: A. Approval of Regular Meeting Minutes, March 7, 2016 - Commissioner John Holdridge motions to approve the minutes. Commissioner Melissa Oehler seconds. VOTE: 4-0 in favor, motion passes. IV. BUSINESS Discussion and possible action regarding: A. Certificate of Appropriateness for Sign for Destination Dripping Springs Visitors Bureau, located at 509 Mercer Street, Pam Owens, Director of Dripping Springs Visitors Bureau, Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce 1. Presentation - None 2. Staff Report – City Administrator Michelle Fischer, report on file. Staff recommends approval. 3. Public Hearing – No one speaks 4. Certificate of Appropriateness - Commissioner John Holdridge motions to approve the Certificate of Appropriateness. Commission Vice Chair Karl Seelbach seconds. VOTE: 4- 0 in favor, motion passes. B. Goals and Action Items for Comprehensive Plan 2016 – City Administrator Michelle Fischer and Consultant Keenan Smith provide an update. No action taken. C.
