6.A Continue discussion of 2025 projects for our parks this summer per items in our 5 Year Plan.
Status of Wolverine Park cost and whether DPW is agreeable to doing de-construction of
existing items to be replaced. Ryan was going to talk to DPW.
Ryan spoke to DPW:
I spoke with Ron. He stated that the DPW torch cut the rail, saw cut the asphalt, and dig the
posts out and then do as needed to fill it in. He also stated this would be a fall early winter
project based on their schedule.
Pending quote from David Arthur Inc.
6.B Continue discussion of Schedule maintenance of buildings and cleaning required.
Inspection was performed last year, list is in village office.

6.C Discuss rental agreement ideas for the Dundee Civic Community Center. Members have
copies of Old Mill Banquet Hall rental Agreement to discuss and develop our agreement draft
for the Dundee Civic Community Center.
Waiting inquires to village office for cost of current cleaning crew.
6.D Discuss maintenance cost for Dundee Civic Community Center.
Continue discussion on maintenance cost for Dundee Civic Community Center
We need to decide exactly what type of cleaning desired and how often. Also, we need
estimates on appliance cost per month to develop a budget and cost estimate to present to
council when bids come back on construction costs.

6.E Flag Football Interest Survey
Steve Ayre would like feedback on survey

7.A Village Damn Light Replacement
The total cost of the lights is 3919.98. Half will come out of the park line item as indicated in
the memo. The DDA will be voting on to cover the other half.

Absent: (Excused) Richard Arecheja, & Steve Ayre
Also present were, Tim Bordine, Ryan Rudzis

Reviewed Bylaw Draft Final Revision. Parks & Recreation agreed on Final
Draft as written.
Request approval of Council September 2, 2025 Meeting.

approval request of bids when appropriate, with Council.

Next fishing event will be at David Kubiskie's pond. Will teach how to clean fish.
Ryan suggested we add $1000 to next years budget to fund the fishing club.
