Page 43 The City of Dyer Board of Mayor and Alderpersons met in a special called meeting on Monday, June 18, 2018, at 6:09 PM. Those present were Mayor Chris Younger, Alderpersons Ray Carroll, Michael Barron, Richard Reed, Fred Ivie, Robert Johnson, Craig Blackburn, Tom Mikkelsen, and Jennifer Hughey. The City Attorney was not present. The purpose of the meeting was: 1. Pass on First Reading Ordinance 2018-251 (Amend 2017-2018 Annual Budget) 2. Approve Certain Purchases and/or Purchase Orders Motion made by Ray Carroll, seconded by Jennifer Hughey to pass on its first reading Ordinance 2018-251, an Ordinance to Amend the 2017-2018 Annual Budget. Motion carried with all ayes. With no other business properly before the board, motion made by Ray Carroll, seconded by Craig Blackburn that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried with all ayes.
