Page 71 The City of Dyer Board of Mayor and Aiderpersons met in a special called meeting on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at 6:03 PM. Those present were Mayor Raymond E. Carroll, Aiderpersons Bob Moore, Craig Blackburn, Marty Graves, Tom Mikkelsen, Fred ivie, Bett Jewell, and Jennifer Hughey. The City Attorney was not present. Will Radford, contract municipal planner was present. The purpose of the meeting was: 1. Consider and Pass on 2nd and Final Consideration Ordinance 2021-270, an Ordinance to Rezone Property near 823 South Main Street from R-1(Low Density Residential) to B-1 (Commercial) Motion made by Fred Ivie, seconded by Jennifer Hughey to pass on its second and final reading Ordinance 2021-270, an Ordinance to Rezone Property near 823 South Main Street from R-1(Low Density Residential) to B-1 (Commercial). Motion carried with all ayes. With no other business properly before the board, motion made by Jennifer Hughey,seconded by Fred Ivie that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried with all ayes. E.
