Ordinance No. 853 to Reclassify Property as C-1 Commercial District located at Lot 271 of the Original City of Dyersville Plat in the City of Dyersville, Dubuque County, Iowa. Second Reading Motion made by Council Member Oberbroeckling to waive the second reading Seconded by Council Member English. Voting Yea: Ostwinkle Silva, English, Oberbroeckling, Westhoff Nay: None Motion carried. Motion made by Council Member English moved to approve second reading Seconded by Council Member Ostwinkle Silva. No vote taken. Motion made by Council Member English to rescind previous motion and to table the second reading Seconded by Council Member Ostwinkle Silva. Resolution No. 28-23 approving and adopting Request for Proposal for Building Renovations Pennsylvania House Apartments, 224 2nd Avenue NE, Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds Motion made by Council Member Ostwinkle Silva to approve Seconded by Council Member Oberbroeckling. Resolution No. 30-23 approving agreement between City of Dyersville, and Impact 7G, Inc. for Professional Services Project Scoping Study, Building Resilient Infrastructure and Community Program.
