ORAL COMMENTS Jerry Gebhard, 505 2nd Avenue SE, owner of Millwork Creamery located at 210 2nd Street NE and so he spends lots of time down by the railroad. Lots of tank cars come through Dyersville and was wondering if anyone is keeping track of what the railroad is running through the City. He would hate to see something happen like East Palenstine, Ohio happen in Dyersville.
