COUNCIL COMMENTS Mayor Jacque asked Ed Henry, Assistant City Attorney if it was lawful to go into closed session for said purpose. 20. CLOSED SESSION pursuant to section 21.5(1)(g) of the Code of Iowa to avoid disclosure of specific law enforcement matters, such as current or proposed investigations, inspection or auditing techniques or schedules, which if disclosed would enable law violators to avoid detection.
