ORAL COMMENTS Bill Hermsen, 2104 332nd Ave, thanked the city for all it does for subdivisions to get them going in town. It is disturbing how long it takes to get reimbursed. All the interest they have to accrue for four months on the reimbursements. It would be nice to have a little help with that.
