Public Hearing concerning the vacation of Right-of-Way and disposal of the City of Dyersville's interest in certain real property located that part of 16th Avenue SE and legally described as Lot 1A of Dyersville Mall in the City of Dyersville, Dubuque County, Iowa Motion made by Council Member Gibb to open public hearing Seconded by Council Member Westhoff. Resolution No. 126-25 directing the sale of the city's interest in real property located and described as Lot 1A of Dyersville Mall, part of 16th Avenue SE, in the City of Dyersville, Dubuque County Iowa, for the sum set out herein. Ordinance No. 874 amending Sections 92.02 and 92.03 of the Code of Ordinances of Dyersville, Iowa, by Revising Charges and Fees for the Use of Water, Second Reading Motion made by Council Member Oberbroeckling to waive Seconded by Council Member Singsank.
