Call Meeting to Order; Pledge of Allegiance
Administrator Suhm verified the meeting was posted according to law.
Roll Call:
President Seager called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Present: President Scott Seager, Trustees John Alexander, Alexander Alger, Alan Boyes, Mary
Nugent, Matt Johnson and Forty Renucci
Others: Chief Swendrowski, DPW Director Equitz, Administrator Suhm, Deputy Clerk Alexander
Citizen Participation
Butch Rabay, 1672 Thomas Dr., expressed his interest and support for a new library.
Consent Agenda
1. Approval Minutes – 05/20/2019, Joint Meeting 5/16/2019
2. Operator’s Licenses – Consider approval of 2019-2021 New and Renewal Licenses per attached
list
3. Liquor Licenses - Consider approval of 2019-20 Liquor Licenses for Class A & B Beer, Class A & B
Combination, Class C Wine, per attached list
4. Consider approval of Special Event application for East Troy Knights “Knights of Summer” Baseball
Tournament, June 21 - 23, 2019, 6 am to 10 pm, at Mitchell Park, Rick Brandner, Event Chairpersons
5. Replace Trustee Boyes’ appointment to CDA (Community Development Authority) with Trustee
Alex Alger
6. Consider agreement making Kwik Trip property a water sampling facility
7. Update on consideration of approval of annual renewal for Mobile Home Park Permit for
Meadows Development Group LLC - Skyview Terrace, 2742/2786 Main St.
Motion by Trustee Alexander, second by Trustee Boyes, to approve. Motion carried. Administrator Suhm
noted that the 5/20/19 minutes will correct the address of the CSM.
Miscellaneous Business – Item 2 was taken out of order, however, is reported in the original order
1. Presentation/discussion with Anderson Commercial Group regarding brokerage services for TID
4, possible action by the Board
Ray Gooden, Senior VP of Anderson Commercial Group, discussed representing the land in TID 4. He
explained that he feels connected to the community and that he feels that someone needs to tell the East
Troy story and improve the marketing of the property. He covered other successful projects that his firm
has been involved with and offered to submit a proposal. The Board thanked him for his initiative and will
consider his proposal when it is submitted.
2. Consider approval of Premises Extension for East Troy House, June 22, 2019, 10 am to 10 pm
President Seager took this item out of order – Reenie Allen, East Troy House, explained that the times
should be changed to 10 am to 4 pm and that the event is a fund raiser for a local woman suffering from
cancer.
Motion by Trustee Johnson, second by Trustee Alexander, to approve. Motion carried.

3. Consideration of Decorative Summer Banners
The Banner Committee designed summer banners and would like to order the proposed banners. DPW
Equitz explained that the funds were overlooked to be carried over from 2018 and will need to be
funded from future capital projects in fund balance. Chelsey Nagl was commended for her coordination
of the banner project.
Motion by Trustee Alexander, second by Trustee Nugent, to approve the banner designs from Temple
Display for $1,771.38.

Motion by President Seager, second by Trustee Alexander, to adjourn to Closed Session at 6:49 pm.
