Citizen Participation
Per Village Resolution 2017-01, anyone wishing to address the Village Board during Citizen Participation will be allowed 5 minutes. Your subject
can be anything whether on the agenda or not. The Village Board should not engage in a discussion regarding comments because it was not
part of the publicly noticed agenda.
Upon conclusion of this Citizen Participation segment, members of the audience are not allowed further comment unless they are participating
in a public hearing or if specifically allowed by a majority vote of the Village Board due to involvement in an agenda item.

4. Liquor Licenses - Consider approval of 2019-20 Liquor License (December 1, 2019 to June
30, 2020, partial year) for Class “A” Combination Beer/Liquor for GCS Operations, LLC,
premises located at 2526 Main St. known as GCS East Troy, Linda Kaplan, Agent,
contingent upon surrender of current license #ALB-03 East Troy Point, LLC.
5. Appointment of John Isleb to the Community Development Authority (to replace Erin

Closed session
pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of conducting other specified public
business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session related to a
potential TID Development and 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel who is rendering oral or
written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which
it is or likely to become involved, specifically as it relates to filing claims against opioid
manufacturers and distributers in state or federal court and as it relates to communications
regarding a police complaint matter.
