Your subject can be anything whether on the agenda or not. The Village Board should not engage in a discussion regarding comments because it was not part of the publicly noticed agenda. Upon conclusion of this Citizen Participation segment, members of the audience are not allowed further comment unless they are participating in a public hearing or if specifically allowed by a majority vote of the Village Board due to involvement in an agenda item. Consideration of Termination of Conditional Use for 2584 Main St. as requested by the property owner because the approved conditional use is no longer in business Miscellaneous Business 1. Consideration of route to move structure (garage) to 2128 Clark Street (from 6/15/2020 meeting) 2. Update on 2954 Main St. 4. Police Department 2nd Quarter 2020 Report Closed session The Village Board will take up a motion to go into CLOSED SESSION pursuant to Sec. 19.85(1)(e),Wis. Stat., deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session: specifically to discuss a possible intergovernmental agreement with Walworth County concerning the disposition of certain foreclosed property in the Village of East Troy and to discuss possible developments for a new tax incremental district. Reconvene in Open Session The Village Board reserves the right to go back into OPEN SESSION, possibly take action on the item discussed during the closed session and to move to other meeting agendas as posted.
