Approval of the June 2, 2021, Meeting Minutes Thomas held the minutes until he could review and edit them. To be voted upon at next meeting. Vote on putting in an Agricultural Meter for Hendrick Harvest LLC, @ 49 Hendrick Street. Motion to approve Agricultural Meter for Hendrick Harvest LLC, 49 Hendrick Street was made by: Thomas Malsbury. Seconded by: David Fagnand Thomas Malsbury vote: yes David Fagnand vote: yes, in favor _all_ _ Motion carries. 5. Director’s Report • Working on contract with Warner for Main Street paving. Waiting on Chapter 90 money to be released which will pay for most of the paving. The Mayor is working on the getting the rest of the funds. Main St will be paved from Park St to South St. • Charles Street needs sewer and drainage work, also needs rapid flashing pedestrian crosswalk lights. • New school had some issues with the sewer connection. The Sewer Dept is helping resolve the issue. Motion to adjourn the meeting at __5:11 _ p.m. by: Thomas Malsbury.
