Approval of the June 2, 2021 & July 7, 2021, Meeting Minutes Motion to approve June 2, 2021 & July 7, 2021 minutes was made by: Thomas Malsbury. Seconded by: David Fagnand Thomas Malsbury vote: yes David Fagnand vote: yes, in favor _all_ _ Motion carries. 4. Vote on 11 Fairfield Avenue – Sewer Backup Cleanup Charge - Abatement. Motion to approve Sewer Abatement in the amount of $982.35 for 11 Fairfield Avenue was made by: Thomas Malsbury. Seconded by: David Fagnand Thomas Malsbury vote: yes David Fagnand vote: yes, in favor _all_ _ Motion carries. 5. Director’s Report • City faired well with recent storms and heavy rain. Crew have been cleaning up debris and culverts as required. No major impacts or damage to the system. • DPW crew was able to repair a water line at the Easthampton Community Garden. • DPW crew working on sanitary sewer line extension in the area of 17 Wemelco Way. Project is being completed in-house with available supplies. • DPW is requesting a temporary DPW clerk to assist with office operations while staff is out on leave.
