Meeting called to order by Councilor Rothschild at 4:01 pm

Councilor Riley made a motion to approve the minutes from May 24, 2022, Councilor Rothschild
seconded, Vote: 2-0-1 APPROVED. Councilor Gomez abstained.
3. New Business:

Councilor Gomez made motion to approve the above, Councilor Riley Seconded. Vote: 3-0 Approved
Councilor Gomez made motion to adjourn, Councilor Riley seconded. Vote: 3-0 Approved.
Meeting adjourned at 4:08 pm.
