Given the Governor's current Executive Order restricting large gatherings and the uncertainty of the future ability to hold large events, the Council is requested to determine if the Festival will be cancelled for 2020. 5.6 Set September Council Meeting Date Council is requested to set the September Town Council Meeting date since Labor Day Holiday falls on the regular meeting date. Suggested meeting dates are either Tuesday, September 8th or Monday, September 14th. 5.7 Monthly Financial Report Council is requested to approve the Monthly Financial Report.
