ACTION WILL NOT BE TAKEN V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. May 6, 2025 - Regular Meeting. FOR POSSIBLE ACTION VI. NEW BUSINESS A. PUBLIC HEARING 1. Review, consideration and possible action on Conditional Use Permit No. 4-25, filed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which would allow for a golf net ranging from 25 feet to 127 feet in height to be installed on a parcel within a C- General Commercial zoning district abutting a residential zoning district, specifically at 2102 Ruby Vista Drive (APN 001-564-045), and matters related thereto. FOR POSSIBLE ACTION A conditional use permit is required for every new development on a lot or parcel in the C- General Commercial zoning district which abuts a residential zoning district. CL VII.
