ACTION WILL NOT BE TAKEN V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. June 2, 2026 - Regular Meeting. FOR POSSIBLE ACTION VI. NEW BUSINESS A. PUBLIC HEARING 1. Review, consideration and possible action on Variance No. 2-26, filed by Edgar Sandoval, a variance from Elko City Code 3-2-17(D)(2)(a) to allow the required off- street parking to be located in the front and side yard, within an RMH (Mobile Home Park and Mobile Home Subdivision) Zoning District, and matters related thereto. FOR POSSIBLE ACTION The subject property is located on the northwest side of Panorama Drive, approximately 50 feet northeast of the intersection of Panorama Drive and S. 9th Street at 919 Panorama Drive (APN 001-481-016). CL 2. Review, consideration, and possible adoption of Resolution No. 1-26, a resolution by the Elko City Planning Commission, specifically updating the Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Chapter, Atlas Map 14 (Existing Parks Facilities), Atlas Map 15  (Future Park Facilities), and Appendix 4 (Survey Results) to the City of Elko Master Plan, and matters related thereto. FOR POSSIBLE ACTION Planning Commission approved the initiation of the amendment to the City of Elko Master Plan at their meeting on May 2, 2023. The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board reviewed the Master Plan amendment at their meeting on May 21, 2026, and has forwarded a recommendation to City Council to approve the amendment. CL VII.
