MINUTES VILLAGE OF ENOSBURG FALLS Meeting of the Board of Trustees October 15th, 2024 Present: Sandra Ferland, Eli Gabuzda, Leonard Charon and Heather Moore Not Present: Sam Vaillancourt Staff – John Dasaro Guest – No one from the public Meeting was called to order by Heathe Moore at 12:35 PM 1. Special Meeting to approve bid estimates for the demolishing of 32 Main St and 17 Main St. - 32 Main St winning bid was Desroches Construction at $41,250 approved, Eli Gabuzda with the 1st, Sandy Ferland with the 2nd - 17 Main St winning bid was Desroches Construction at $47,754, approved, Eli Gabuzda with the 1st, Sandy Ferland with the 2nd. The funding for demolishing 17 Main St was approved with funds to be used from the Reservoir Road Fund. Eli Gabuzda with the 1st, Heather Moore with the 2nd.
