DRAFT MINUTES VILLAGE OF ENOSBURG FALLS Meeting of the Board of Trustees April 22nd, 2025 Present: Sam Vaillancourt, Leonard Charron, Eli Gabuzda, David Gervais Staff –Abbey Miller Guest – David Tryhorne, Rylee Miller Meeting was called to order by Eli Gabuzda at 6:31 PM 1. Modifications/Changes to Agenda There were none. 2. Public Comment David Tryhorne presented to the Trustees a drawing of the structure to hold the Church Bell on Maple Park along with a letter from the church stating that they would be responsible for all maintenance required of the bell. 3. Bid Opening – Church Street Sidewalk The Village received 3 bids for the Church Street Sidewalk project: Goodhue Construction - $67,990 Munson Earth Moving - $78,640 DCS, Inc. - $99,310 A motion was made by Sam Vaillancourt to award the bid to Goodhue Construction. Second by David Gervais. Unanimous. 4. Approve and Sign Loan Agreement – Elm Street Water Project A motion was made by Sam Vaillancourt to accept and approve the loan documents for the Elm Street Water Project. Second by Leonard Charron. Unanimous. Sam Vaillancourt advised the board that he is moving out of the Village. He will let the board know when he is officially out of the Village to open the search to fill his seat. 5. Adjourn There being no other business to come before the Board at this time Sam Vaillancourt made a motion to adjourn. Second by Leonard Charron. The meeting was adjourned at 6:43pm.
