Old Business – i. update on Wise property – Wise Homestead almost finished painting, roof is being replaced, bushes need to be removed from the side of the home. Focus on restoration of Barn. ii. Town Hall has completed painting and windows. iii. City Hall -Concern for sagging roof (NW corner), bell tower needs new paint. 7. New Business – i. We need to inquire about borrowing a Senior Advisory Board Member from a neighboring town ii. 2020 Town Fair chairperson – Tracy Colburn iii. Eagle Mine landmarking – asking Mary Terese to do the survey. iv. Need to create a letter for homeowners that have the historical landmark to advise on how to move forward with exterior renovations. v. Extend an invitation to Mary Terese to attend our August 26th meeting. vi. Landmark condition assessment for the Lotton property on 8/3 8. Review of Nominations n/a i.
