CALL MEETING TO ORDER Chairperson Carroll called the October 23, 2018 Urban Renewal Authority meeting to order at 6:00 PM. II. ROLL CALL Present 8- Scott Charles, Geoff Deakin, Jennifer Carroll, Dan Woog, Bill Gippe, Christiaan van Woudenberg, Tina Harris, and John Ahrens Excused 1- Adam Haid III. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Commissioner Deakin moved to approve the agenda; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Charles. The motion carried with all present voting in favor thereof. IV. CONSENT AGENDA 18-395 Approval of October 9, 2018 Draft Meeting Minutes Attachments: October 9, 2018 URA Draft Meeting Minutes Commissioner Deakin moved to approve the October 23, 2018 Consent Agenda; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Charles. The motion carried with all present voting in favor thereof. V. PUBLIC COMMENT There was no one present that wished to give public comment. VI. RESOLUTIONS VII. ORDINANCES 18-390 An Ordinance Providing For The Supplemental Appropriation Of Money In The Amounts And For The Purposes Set Forth Below, For The Town Of Erie Urban Renewal Authority For The 2018 Budget Year Attachments: URA - Ordinance 18-XX - 2018 2nd Supplemental Appropriation - Ordinance Commissioner Deakin moved to approve Agenda Item 18-390; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Charles. Attachments: URA - 2019 Budget Ordinance - 2018-10-23 - Ordinance 2018 & 2019 Budget Schedules - URA Chairperson Carroll opened the public comment portion of the public hearing for Agenda Item 18-391 and 18-392 at 6:03 pm. Chairperson Carroll closed the public comment portion of the public hearing at 6:04 pm. Commissioner Deakin moved to approve Agenda Item 18-391; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Charles.
