City of Excelsior City Council Closed Session MINUTES Monday, November 15, 2021 Following City Council Regular Meeting 1. Call to Order/Roll Call Mayor Carlson called the closed session to order at 8:35 P.M. City Council: Mayor Carlson and Councilmembers Caron, Dierking, Hersman, and Kurschner Absent: None Also Present: City Manager Luger and City Attorney Staunton 2. Agenda Approval Kurschner moved, Hersman seconded, to approve the November 15, 2021 City Council Closed Session Agenda. Motion carried 5/0. 3. Motion to Close the Meeting Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 13D.05, subd. 3(c) Hersman moved, Caron seconded, to enter the closed session for consideration of offer or counteroffer to purchase real estate located at 810 Excelsior Boulevard in Excelsior. Motion carried 5/0. 4. Closed Session for Consideration of Offer or Counteroffer to Purchase Real Estate located at 810 Excelsior Boulevard in Excelsior Councilmember Hersman left the meeting at 9:28 P.M. 5. Motion to Return to Open Session Dierking moved, Kurschner seconded, to return to open session. Motion carried 4/0. 6. Adjournment Caron moved, Dierking seconded, to adjourn at 10:00 P.M.
