City of Excelsior City Council Closed Session MINUTES Monday, December 5, 2022 5:30 P.M. 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL Mayor Carlson called the closed session to order at 5:36 P.M. City Council: Mayor Carlson and Councilmembers Caron, Dierking, and Tyler Absent: Councilmember Hersman Also Present: City Manager Luger (via Zoom), Finance Director Palmer, and Assistant City Manager Staunton 2. AGENDA APPROVAL Dierking moved, Caron seconded, to approve the December 5, 2022 City Council Closed Session Agenda. Motion carried 4/0. 3. MOTION TO CLOSE THE MEETING PURSUANT TO MINN. STAT. § 13D.03, SUBD. 3(B) Caron moved, Dierking seconded, to enter the closed session pursuant Minn. Stat. § 13d.03, Subd. 3(b). Motion carried 4/0. 4. 2023-2025 UNION CONTRACT 5.
