CALL TO ORDER/ROLL at 6:20 p.m. Commissioners present: Chair Wolfe, Sobiech, Mullenbach, Rogney and Wahlstedt. Commissioners Absent: Honzl, Berghorst Also present: Public Works Superintendent Tim Amundsen. 2.
