Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Barb Cram at 9:45 am.
Minutes: Meeting minutes from June approved with edits.
TLCCF Report:

Development Update:
High School Project
o Groundbreaking and work has begun
West End Project
Now working on site plan
Founders Row
o Plan to start conversation on public art plan for site in September
Fellows Purchase
o HARB/ Historical Commission want to connect on architectural salvage
Want to video & record site
Review specimen trees to be saved
Old Business:
o Heritage Days
Barb Cram shared a new logo option
o Year of the Women
March is Women’s History Month & March with a theme of Working
towards suffrage
Working on bringing Vertis sculpture in FCA in March/April/May
o Public Art Policy Guidelines
Corey will reach out to Gary Fuller about next steps on the Public Art
Policy

Tinner Hill Foundation is going through a strategic planning process
November 9 – Fairfax History Day- Speaker Robert Stanton
Historical Commission is finalizing Historic Marker for High School to be placed on
Hillwood
October 5 – A Passion for Poe – Victorian Society hosts tea in memory of Edgar Allan
Poe
October 25 – A Tribute to Edgar Allan Poe – Literary Evening hosted by Victorian
Society at Cherry Hill Farmhouse
