1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson Jeff Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL AND INTRODUCTION OF GUESTS
The following Board members attended the meeting:
Bizzy Bracken
Patrick Cronin
Janis Johnson
Jessie Labukas
Molly Novotny
Jeff Peterson
Elise Stein
Others present for the meeting included: Council Liaison Marybeth Connelly, Library
Foundation President Jess Sabo, City Residents: Sally Phillips, Nan Barrera, Library Staff: Paula
Hawkins and Marshall Webster, City Staff: Nate Dupree, Library Director Jenny Carroll and Sr.
Administrative Assistant Claudia Gutierrez.
Virtual attendees: Consultants from Re-Thinking Libraries Rob Cullin and Janet Nelson,
Library Staff: Beth Meadows, Billette Ripy, Jess Borchetta, and Lisa Chavez. City Residents: Phil
Christensen, Logan Home, Wendy Frieman, and School Liaison Sue Dimock.
3. INTRODUCTIONS
All attendees made brief introductions about themselves.
4. REVIEW OF STRATEGIC PLAN FINDINGS BOOK-RE-THINKING LIBRARIES
Mr. Cullin and Ms. Nelson presented a review and analysis of the findings from the survey,
community sessions, and visual voting pop-up sessions.
5. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, upon a motion duly made by Ms. Stein and seconded by
Ms. Bracken, the Board of Trustees voted unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 7:05 p.m.
