Individuals will not be recognized to speak during the meeting unless this form has been submitted. This process applies to all aspects of the agenda including public comments, specific agenda items, and public hearings. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS J.1 R2021-027 Consider approving Resolution No. 2021-027 approving Economic Development Incentive Agreement pursuant to the Commercial Facade Grant Program for 13500 N. ADJOURNMENT The City Council may convene into executive session at anytime during the Study Session or Regular meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071(2) for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item.
