Regular Meeting Minutes of the Fountain City Common Council
Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 6:30 PM
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by Mayor Ben Adank. Roll call: Christine Williamson, Barb Schmidtknecht,
Peter Schaffner, Ryan Ligman, and Stephen Qualy all present; David Endres - absent. The Pledge of Allegiance was
recited.
Motion Chris, second Stephen to approve the minutes from Wednesday, February 12, 2025. Motion carried.
Motion Ryan, second Barb to approve Ordinance #35A Outdoor and Refuse Buring. Motion carried.
Motion Peter, second Stephen to open city hall on Fridays, 8 AM to 4 PM. Motion carried.
Motion Peter, second Ryan to approve the Flexible Facilities Program (FFP) Grant Administrator to Cedar Corporation
pending state approval. Motion carried.
Motion Barb, second Chris to approve payment of the bills as presented. Motion carried.
Motion Ryan, second Chris to adjourn at 7:18 pm. Motion carried.
