Regular Meeting Minutes of the Fountain City Common Council
Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at 6:30 PM
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by Mayor Ben Adank. Roll call: Christine Williamson, Barb Schmidtknecht,
Peter Schaffner, Ryan Ligman, Stephen Qualy and David Endres – all present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Motion Chris, second Ryan to approve the minutes from Wednesday, March 12, 2025. Motion carried.
Motion Peter, second Chris to award Dunn Blacktopping the Hill St project for $259,952.51. Motion carried.
Motion Ryan, second Chris to award Dunn Blacktopping the Mill St project for $18,931.76. Motion carried.
Motion Ryan, second Barb to approve payment of the bills as presented. Motion carried.
Motion Peter, second Chris to adjourn at 7:23 pm. Motion carried.
