Reorganizational Meeting Minutes of the Fountain City Common Council Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 6:00 PM The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM by Mayor Ben Adank. Roll call: Christine Williamson, Barb Schmidtknecht, Scott Feraro, Peter Schaffner and David Endres present. Stephen Qualy, absent. Motion Barb, second Chris to approve the minutes from the Common Council meeting held on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. Motion carried. By ballot vote, Barb Schmidtknecht was voted in as Council President. New council member, Scott Feraro replaces previous council member, Ryan Ligman on the following committees: Board of Review, Park-Rec/Tourism/City Property/Cemetery, and Planning/Zoning/Economic Development. Motion carried. The council decided to schedule the monthly council meetings on the second Wednesday of every month from 6:30 PM to 6:00 PM effective immediately. Motion Chris, second David to approve the Operator License for Heather Zastrow. Motion carried. Motion Barb, second Chris to approve payment of the bills as presented. Motion carried.
