Regular Meeting Minutes of the Fountain City Common Council
Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 6:00 PM
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM by Mayor Ben Adank. Roll call: Christine Williamson, Barb Schmidtknecht,
Peter Schaffner, Stephen Qualy, present; Scott Feraro, tardy; David Endres, absent. The Pledge of Allegiance was
recited.
Motion Chris, second Stephen to approve the minutes from Tuesday, April 15, 2025. Motion carried.
Motion Peter, second Scott to approve burial fees of $1200/$1500, cremation burial $750, vault storage $250, and
cemetery plot $1800. Motion carried.
Motion Chris, second Stephen to approve payment of the bills as presented. Motion carried.
Motion Chris, second Barb to adjourn at 6:46 pm. Motion carried.
