Finance Committee Meeting

FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING August 27, 2025 – 3:30 PM Council Chambers, 42 N. Main Street Minutes prepared by: Barb Schmidtknecht The meeting was called to order at 3:30 pm by Barb Schmidtknecht. Roll call: Chris Williamson, Stephen Qualy, Barb Schmidtknecht all present. Others present: Mayor Ben Adank, Marcia Larson, Michele Klein. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Motion Chris, second Stephen to approve the minutes of the August 12, 2025 Finance Committee meeting. Motion carried and minutes were approved. Work will continue on the 2026 general budget. The purchase of a new tractor was considered. Motion Stephen, second Chris to recommend to council to purchase a new tractor from Tractor Central for $173,600. Motion carried. Motion to adjourn by Chris, second Stephen. Motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 4:05 pm.
