POLICE/PERSONNEL & HEALTH/SAFETY COMMITTEE MEETING March 10, 2026 - 4:00 pm Minutes prepared by: Barb Schmidtknecht The meeting was called to order at 4:00 pm by Barb Schmidtknecht. Roll call: David Endres, Peter Schaffner and Barb Schmidtknecht all present. Others present: Mayor Ben Adank and Clerk-Treasurer Marcia Larson, Scott Ferraro. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Motion Peter, second David to approve the minutes of the March 4, 2026, meeting. Motion carried and minutes were approved. Scott provided advice on search procedures and processes. The Charter Ordinance to Establish the Administrator-Treasurer position was reviewed. Changes made: add “as required” at the end of 6.a.; remove “Library Board (if established)” in 6.d.; remove end quotation at the end of 9.c. Motion Peter, second Barb to recommend the ordinance to council as amended. Motion carried. Motion Peter second David to adjourn. Motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 4:51 pm.
