Barb Schmidtknecht, David Endres. Others present: Mayor Ben Adank, Je Puterbaugh, Travis Williamson, Brady Abramson, Judith Ganger, Sharal Kawalsky, Karen. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Ci zens commented on Abandoning Jus n Hill Street. Ques ons on alternate side street parking during snow events. Water run o near Cat Tails. Mo on Barb, second Daved to approve the minutes of the October 28, 2025, mee ng. Mo on carried and the minutes were approved. The abandonment of Jus n Hill Street has been discussed over many past mee ngs of the Public Works / Streets / Recycling Commi ee. A er much discussion and obtaining a legal descrip on of the road right of way, the original contract entered by the City is the determina on of the commi ee to not pursue abandoning Jus n Hill Street. Mo on Barb second David to forward a recommenda on to the council to approve Sand Hauling Ordinance #72. Ma on carried 2 – 1 with Barb and Peter vo ng yes and David vo ng no Mo on Barb second David to forward a recommenda on to the council to approve regula ng sewer use and user charges Ordinance #13D. Ma on carried. Future meeting items: Large recycling pick up. Set date with contractor. Emergency operations plane. Finallies names and job descriptions. Forward copy to county. Houses with springs going to sewer. Develop a list. Implement a plan to eliminate spring water from being pumped into city sewer. Locate / repair curb stops on Justin Hill Street Consider weir to put snow. Consider not putting it on the new black top at park. Motion Barb, second Daved to adjourn, Motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 5:15 pm.
