2. Consider and act upon the issuance of the Oath of Office for newly appointed
Commissioners.
The Oath of Office for the newly appointed Commissioners was completed prior
to the meeting.
3. Consider and act upon election of the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and
Secretary of the Planning & Zoning Commission.
Chairperson:
Commissioner Trykoski moved to nominate Dave Wilcox as the Chairperson.
Commissioner Moss seconded the motion. Commissioner Moss moved to close
nominations. Commissioner Hamilton seconded the motion. Dave Wilcox was
elected Chairman by a vote of 6-0.
Vice Chairperson:
Commissioner Hamilton moved to nominate Chris Moss as Vice Chairman.
Commissioner Woodard seconded the motion. Chris Moss was elected Vice-
Chairman by a vote of 6-0.
Secretary:
Commissioner Moss moved to nominate Jeff Trykoski as Secretary.
Commissioner Russell seconded the motion. Commissioner Richardson moved
to close nominations. Commissioner Moss seconded the motion. Jeff Trykoski
was elected Secretary by a vote of 6-0.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
4. Consider and act upon approval of minutes of the Planning & Zoning
Commission meeting on September 14, 2010.
Commissioner Moss moved to approve the minutes from the September 14,
2010 regular Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. Commissioner Trykoski
seconded the motion. Motion carries. Vote: 6-0. Minutes approved.
CONSENT AGENDA - Consider and Act
Commissioner Richardson moved to pull item 10 and 11 from the Consent Agenda for
discussion. Director of Development Services John Lettelleir moved to pull item 5 from
the Consent Agenda. Commissioner Trykoski pulled item 14 from the Consent Agenda.

CONSENT AGENDA PROCEDURES
These items consist of non-controversial or "housekeeping" items required by law.
Any Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the
Consent items may consider items individually. Any member of the audience
wishing to make comments on Consent Agenda items may do so with a majority
approval of the Commission.
PUBLIC HEARING PROCEDURES
1. Fill out a speaker card prior to the start of the item you wish to address. This
helps the Commission know how many people wish to speak for or against an
item, and helps in recording the minutes of the meeting. Please give the card
to the secretary before the item is heard. Having the cards beforehand helps
to speed up the process. However, should you decide during the meeting to
speak, please fill out a speaker card after you speak and give the card to the
Administrative Assistant.

and said Notice was posted on the following date and time:
By September 24, 2010 at 6:30 PM and remained so posted at least 72 hours before meeting was
convened.
If during the course of the meeting covered by this notice, the Planning & Zoning Commission should determine that a closed or
executive meeting or session of the Planning & Zoning Commission or a consultation with the attorney for the City should be held
or is required, then such closed or executive meeting or session or consultation with attorney as authorized by the Texas Open
Meetings Act, Texas Government Code § 551.001 et. seq., will be held by the Planning & Zoning Commission at the date, hour
and place given in this notice as the Planning & Zoning Commission may conveniently meet in such closed or executive meeting
or session or consult with the attorney for the City concerning any and all subjects and for any and all purposes permitted by the
Act, including, but not limited to, the following sanctions and purposes:
