Chairperson: Commissioner Trykoski moved to nominate Dave Wilcox as the Chairperson. Commissioner Moss seconded the motion. Commissioner Moss moved to close nominations. Commissioner Hamilton seconded the motion. Dave Wilcox was elected Chairman by a vote of 6-0. Vice Chairperson: Commissioner Hamilton moved to nominate Chris Moss as Vice Chairman. Any Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent items may consider items individually. Any member of the audience wishing to make comments on Consent Agenda items may do so with a majority approval of the Commission. PUBLIC HEARING PROCEDURES 1. Fill out a speaker card prior to the start of the item you wish to address. This helps the Commission know how many people wish to speak for or against an item, and helps in recording the minutes of the meeting. Please give the card to the secretary before the item is heard. Having the cards beforehand helps to speed up the process.
