4. REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING:

5. CITY INFORMATION ITEMS:
5.1. Discuss Rezone Request from A-1 to R-S-12 (Jeff Oyler)
5.2. Discuss Preliminary and Final Plat Approval for Hidden Hollow Subdivision (Jeff Oyler)
5.3. Discuss Quail Hideaway Road Dedication Plat (Brandon Green)
5.4. Discuss Purchase of Castle Heights Playground Equipment (Playground Committee)
CITY COUNCIL BOARD LIAISON REPORTS – This time is set aside for Council members to report on the
responsibilities they oversee as liaisons to the City Council and goals they would like to achieve by the next Council
Meeting.

AGENDA REVIEW – The City Council will review items on the Agenda for City Council Meeting this evening.

6. CONSENT AGENDA: (These items are considered by the City Council to be routine. If discussion is desired
on any particular item, it may be removed from the consent agenda and considered separately.)

7. ACTION ITEM APPROVAL – These items need action from Mayor and City Council
7.1. Approve/Deny: Request to Rezone .0583 Acres from A-1 to R-1-12 at approximately 1133 S. Mountain
Road
BACKGROUND: The Planning Commission approved this rezone request that their October 23
meeting. Staff and Planning Commission recommend rezone approval. This has been reviewed
by the City Attorney and City Engineer.
7.2. Approve/Deny: Approve/Deny Preliminary and Final Plat Approval for Hidden Hollow Subdivision.
The Planning Commission discussed the Hidden Hollow Subdivision and recommended approval.
BACKGROUND: The City Staff and City Attorney have reviewed this subdivision request and
recommend approval from the City Council. The property owner has received approvals from the
Fire Department, Davis County Health Department, and Utah Department of Transportation
(UDOT) for this single lot subdivision at approximately 1133 S. Mountain Road.
7.3. Approve/Deny: Approve/Deny Quail Hideaway Road Dedication Plat.
BACKGROUND: Dedicating this section of the Quail Hideaway Subdivision will correct a
public road right of way concern that has existed between the Rock Loft, Wood Real Estate, and
Dale Blair. Mr. Blair has approved this dedication plat
7.4. Approve/Deny: Approve/Deny purchase of Castle Heights Playground Equipment
8. INFORMATION ITEMS/UPCOMING EVENTS:
• Thanksgiving, November 22 & 23, 2018 (City Office Closed)
• Christmas Party, December 4 @6:30 PM
9. CITY STAFF REPORTS - This time is set aside to update the City Council on City Projects that City Staff is
working on. These projects include Public Works Projects and Administrative Projects.

10. ELECTRONIC MEETING: By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, Elected Officials and City Staff
can participate in regularly scheduled meetings via electronic media when approved by the Mayor.
11. CLOSED MEETING: By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the
Utah Code, the City Council may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes identified in that
chapter.
12. ADJOURNMENT: The Next City Council Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, December 4, 2018
