Angelou, Thomas R. Kneeland, Brian D. Larick, and Stephen A. Renner Absent 3 - Ryan P. Jolley, Jamie Leeseberg, and Michael Schnetzer B. EXECUTIVE SESSION - to go into Executive Session under authority of 5.40(g) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider confidential information related to the marketing plans, specific business strategy, production techniques, trade secrets, or personal financial statements of an applicant for economic development assistance, or for negotiations with other political subdivisions respecting requests for economic development assistance. A motion was made by Kneeland and seconded by Renner to go into Executive Session under authority of 5.40(g) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider confidential information related to the marketing plans, specific business strategy, production techniques, trade secrets, or personal financial statements of an applicant for economic development assistance, or for negotiations with other political subdivisions respecting requests for economic development assistance. Larick requested that Mayor Stinchcomb, Karl Wetherholt, Anthony Jones, Tony Collins and Shane Ewald attend the Executive Session. Council rose to Executive Session at 6:30 p.m. Council rose to report from Executive Session at 7:24 p.m. with no action taken.
