Gahanna City Council met in Special Session on Monday, December 8, 2014, in Council Chambers of City Hall, 200 South Hamilton Road, Gahanna, Ohio. President of Council Brian D. Larick called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Agenda for this meeting was published on December 5, 2014. * Council Members Angelou & Leeseberg arrived at 6:35 p.m. and Jolley at 6:40 p.m. Present 4 - Thomas R. Kneeland, Brian D. Larick, Stephen A. Renner, and Michael Schnetzer Absent 3 - Karen J. Angelou, Ryan P. Jolley, and Jamie Leeseberg B. EXECUTIVE SESSION - to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion or compensation of a public employee, official, licensee or regulated individual unless such public employee, official, licensee or regulated individual requests a public hearing. A motion was made by Schnetzer, seconded by Renner, to go into Executive Session under authority of Article 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure - To consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion or compensation of a public employee, official, licensee or regulated individual unless such public employee, official, licensee or regulated individual requests a public hearing. The motion carried by the following vote: 4 - yes: Thomas R. Kneeland, Brian D. Larick, Stephen A. Renner and Micheal Schnetzer * Council Members Angelou & Leeseberg arrived at 6:35 p.m. and Jolley at 6:40 p.m. Larick requested that Clerk McWilliams attend the Executive Session. Council rose to Executive Session at 6:30 p.m. Council rose to report from Executive Session at 7:19 p.m. with no action taken.
